By using Lullabook, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service description

Lullabook is a mobile application that generates personalized AI-powered bedtime stories for children ages 3–8. The service includes story text generation, illustrated pages, and audio narration.

2. Account

You may use Lullabook by creating an account with Apple Sign-In, Google, or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Subscription terms

Lullabook offers paid subscriptions through the Apple App Store:

• Yearly: $99.99 / year
• Weekly: $7.99 / week (includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers)

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

4. Free tier

The first story is free. Additional stories require an active paid subscription. Free tier users may create one hero profile.

5. Daily usage limits

Subscriptions include the following daily story limits:

• Yearly: 1 story per day
• Weekly: 3 stories per day

Limits reset at midnight in your local timezone.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of individuals for whom you do not have parental or guardian consent
• Use Lullabook to generate inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app or its generated content commercially
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent daily usage limits or other access controls

7. Content ownership

You retain ownership of photos you upload. Stories and illustrations generated for you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, publicly distribute, or use generated stories for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Lullabook.

8. AI-generated content

Stories and illustrations are generated by AI systems. While we apply content safety filters to ensure age-appropriate output, AI generation is not infallible. We make no warranties about the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated content for any specific purpose. We are not responsible for unintended outputs that pass our safety filters.

9. Privacy and children's data

Your use of Lullabook is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Limitation of liability

Lullabook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Upon deletion, your data is removed within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
