Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on your iOS device → tap your name → Subscriptions → Lullabook → Cancel Subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select your Lullabook purchase.
The story generation is taking too long
Story generation typically takes under 90 seconds. If it appears stuck, try closing and reopening the app — your story is saved and will be ready when you return. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and iOS version.
The app is crashing or not working
Try restarting the app first. If the problem persists, please email us at hello@lullabook.app with:
- Description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce
- Your device model and iOS version
- Screenshot or screen recording if applicable
I want to delete my account and all my data
You can delete your account directly in the app under Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your heroes, stories, and personal data within 30 days. Alternatively, email us at hello@lullabook.app from the email address associated with your account.
I switched phones — are my stories still there?
Yes. Sign in with the same account (Apple ID, Google, or email) on your new device and all your heroes and stories will be restored.
